Smudging is a traditional practice used by various cultures to clear negative energy, purify spaces, and promote spiritual well-being. The use of shells, often Abalone shells, is common in smudging ceremonies to hold and burn sacred herbs, such as sage, palo santo, or cedar.
Choose between 4 inch, 6 inch and 8 inches. Used to hold abalone shell or smudge bowl while burning sage or incense.
We typically recommend the 6 inch stand, as it will hold most abalone shells large and small. The 8 inch stand is only needed for extra large shells that exceed 6-7 inches.
